All Students will receive their Mise En Place (Pre Measured Ingredients) for the class.

Students will watch as I first demonstrate each portion before they attempt. This allows for me to be able to guide the students without anyone falling behind.

Once the cooking has come to an end you will be directed to the dinning area.

Talk amongst fellow students or enjoy the night privately with your loved one. La Mesa LLC accommodates seating requests so that you can fully enjoy your time with us!

Students are required to wear close toed shoes and are asked to wear their hair back .

All Classes are BYOB! (21+) We ask all participating students to have a small snack prior to class. To those drinking, you agree to signing La Mesa’s BYOB Disclosure Page .

Classes Range From 2.5 Hrs - 3 Hrs to give everyone in the class enough time to go at a steady pace.

Ages 18+ (ages 12+) must be accompanied with a Parent/Adult.
